Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging Spazi's services, whether by signing a project brief, making a payment, or instructing us to proceed, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our services include:

• Unreal Hero walkthroughs , cinematic real-time rendered property experiences
• WebVR browser tours , interactive, browser-based 3D experiences
• Matterport 3D capture and digital twins , on-site scanning and hosted 3D models

2. Project Scope & Deliverables

All deliverables are defined in the project brief agreed upon before work begins. Changes to scope after brief confirmation may attract additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed before work proceeds. Spazi reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Our standard payment structure is:

• 50% advance required before project commencement
• Remaining 50% due upon delivery of final files
• Projects will not go live until payment is received in full
• Late payments beyond 7 days of invoice may attract interest at 2% per month

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all deliverable files, including 3D models, video exports, and WebVR packages. Spazi retains a non-exclusive, perpetual right to showcase the completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials. The client grants this right by accepting delivery of the project.

5. Revisions

Revision inclusions vary by service type:

• WebVR Interiors , 2 rounds of revisions included
• Unreal Hero , revisions are scope-based and priced individually
• Matterport , capture data is fixed; post-processing adjustments within the original brief are included

Additional revisions beyond what is included are billed at ₹3,000 per hour.

6. Hosting & Infrastructure

Hosting arrangements by service type:

• WebVR projects , lifetime hosting provided on Spazi's infrastructure at no additional cost
• Matterport models , hosted on Matterport's platform under Spazi's account
• Unreal Hero , delivered as standalone files for client self-hosting

Spazi will provide 30 days' written notice before making any changes to hosting arrangements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Spazi's total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total project fee paid by the client for that project. Spazi is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of delivered work.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 7 days' written notice.

• Terminated by client , if work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable
• Terminated by Spazi , any advance paid in excess of work completed will be refunded to the client

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. For any questions about these terms, contact us at hello@spazi.in.
